Designed for a six-post, two-block pergola configuration, this kit can accommodate pergola sizes up to 24' x 12'. Choose between 4x4 or 6x6 post brackets and select from six shade canopy sizes to create a configuration that fits your outdoor space.
The kit includes the structural pergola brackets, two shade canopies with mounting brackets, and stainless steel #12 wood screws. Lumber and the anchoring hardware needed to secure the post base brackets to a solid foundation are not included and must be purchased separately.

Important: The actual canopy fabric measures approximately 4 inches shorter than the stated size to allow space for the mounting hardware and straps.
Shade Canopy Construction
The canopies are made from fade-resistant 180 GSM HDPE knitted fabric. The material is designed to provide shade while allowing water to pass through the fabric. Each side includes four straps for attaching and tensioning the canopy. Mounting brackets and screws for securing the straps to the pergola brackets and roof beams are included.
Pergola Bracket Construction
Zen Pergola Brackets are designed to work with common 4x4 and 6x6 post sizes. The system uses 12-gauge steel for 6x6 bracket sizes and 14-gauge steel for other bracket sizes. The brackets are laser-cut and laser-welded and include pre-drilled holes for attaching wood and compatible accessories.
Lumber & Foundation Hardware
Lumber is not included with the kit. Wood for the posts, beams, and other pergola components must be purchased separately. Anchoring hardware for securing the post base brackets to a solid foundation is also not included and should be selected according to the foundation and installation requirements.
The kit does include the stainless steel #12 wood screws specified for assembling the bracket system.
